VIEWERS of EastEnders have become convinced that Masood Ahmed is about to return to Albert Square.
Masood Ahmed, played by Nitin Ganatra, made an emotional departure from EastEnders to move away with son Kamil.
But now Albert Square's legendary postman is making an epic comeback to Walford – and fans are convinced it's happening soon.
Tweeting to their followers, they wrote: "We think you might want to keep an eye on our account tomorrow ... #EastEnders #BigNews"
Alongside the mystery caption was a picture of Walford East tube – hinting someone could be arriving through the station.
Fans immediately responded to the message, convinced that the big secret is Masood's comeback to the square.
"Blatantly Masood....c’mon Jane, leave Mas a voicemail, he’s got a dark side and could take on Max!," posted one viewer.
Speaking about his return earlier this year, actor Nitin revealed: "It was a lovely surprise to be asked back to EastEnders so soon after I left.
"In fact I was bowled over. When I was told Masood has still much to give to the show and is missed by the audience, it was hard to refuse.
"It is with great pride that I will grow my Masood goaty once again to help create and base an extended family around him. Exciting days to come Walford with Masood back on the Square."
With EastEnders' big secret yet to be officially revealed, fans are eagerly awaiting any news from the soap.
