The book combines landmarks and landscapes from both city and county
AS THE REST of the country is keenly aware, Cork is the largest county in Ireland.
So large that you’re going to have to fly quite high to see it all from east to west.
That challenge isn’t quite the target of a new pictorial book about the Rebel County, but the man who put it together would probably know better than anyone how to achieve it.
Ever since his youth, aerial photographer Dennis Horgan has been photographing his native county and his love of aviation has combined into a new book, Cork from the Air.
The 200 picture compilation of his work combines landmarks and landscapes from both city and county and offers a perspective of Cork that only pilots usually get to see.
